General
By purchasing and using TW POS Billing Software, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Monthly Subscription Packages
- Users who purchase monthly subscription packages may discontinue the service at any
time.
- However, no refunds will be
issued under any circumstances, even if the software is used only for a few
days (e.g., 5 days).
- If you decide to stop using the software, you may simply choose not to renew the subscription for the
following month.
- Your provided username and password will
automatically expire after 30 days, and access to the system will be
terminated.

Lifetime Package (Without Updates)
- The Lifetime Package (Without Updates) is a one-time purchase delivered digitally
in the form of a username and password.
- Once purchased, the product is considered fully delivered and sold, and
therefore:
- No refunds will be
provided under any circumstances.
- You may choose to use or not use the software at your own discretion.

Lifetime Package (With Updates)
- The Lifetime Package (With Updates) includes ongoing updates and maintenance.
- If a user decides to discontinue this package:
- No refunds will be
issued.
- The package will automatically be converted to a Lifetime Package
(Without Updates).
- This conversion occurs because the user will no longer continue paying the annual update and maintenance fee of Rs. 2,000
per year.

Refund Policy
- All purchases made for TW POS Billing Software are non-refundable.
- This applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Lifetime packages (with or without updates)

Updates and Maintenance
- Updates and maintenance services are only provided to users who continue paying the
required annual charges (for applicable packages).

- மாதாந்திர சந்தா தொகுப்புகளை வாங்கிய பயனர்கள் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் சேவையை
நிறுத்திக்கொள்ளலாம்.
- ஆனால், எந்த சூழ்நிலையிலும் பணம் திருப்பி
வழங்கப்படாது (Refund இல்லை), நீங்கள் சில நாட்கள் (உதாரணம்: 5 நாட்கள்)
மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தியிருந்தாலும் கூட.
- நீங்கள் சேவையை தொடர விரும்பவில்லை என்றால், அடுத்த மாதத்திற்கு சந்தாவை புதுப்பிக்காமல்
இருக்கலாம்.
- உங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட Username மற்றும்
Password 30 நாட்களுக்கு பிறகு செயலிழக்கும்.

- Updates இல்லாத Lifetime Package ஒரு ஒரே
முறை வாங்கும் டிஜிட்டல் தயாரிப்பு ஆகும்.
- இது Username மற்றும் Password ஆக வழங்கப்படும்.
- ஒரு முறை வாங்கிய பிறகு:
- பணம் திருப்பி
வழங்கப்படாது (Refund இல்லை).
- மென்பொருளை பயன்படுத்துவதும் பயன்படுத்தாமலும் இருப்பது முழுவதும் உங்கள் விருப்பம்.

வாழ்நாள் தொகுப்பு (Updates உடன்)
- Updates உடன் வரும் Lifetime Package-இல் தொடர்ச்சியான updates மற்றும் maintenance சேவைகள்
வழங்கப்படும்.
- நீங்கள் இந்த தொகுப்பை நடுவில் நிறுத்தினால்:
- பணம் திருப்பி
வழங்கப்படாது.
- உங்கள் தொகுப்பு தானாகவே Updates
இல்லாத Lifetime Package ஆக மாற்றப்படும்.
- இதற்குக் காரணம், நீங்கள் வருடாந்திர Rs.
2,000 update மற்றும் maintenance கட்டணத்தை செலுத்தாமல் இருப்பதாலாகும்.

பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கல் (Refund Policy)
- TW POS பில்லிங் மென்பொருளுக்கான அனைத்து வாங்குதல்களும் Non-Refundable ஆகும்.
- இது பின்வருவன அனைத்துக்கும் பொருந்தும்:
- மாதாந்திர சந்தா
- Lifetime Packages (Updates உடன் / இல்லாமல்)

Updates மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு
- Updates மற்றும் maintenance சேவைகள், தேவையான கட்டணங்களை செலுத்தும் பயனர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே
வழங்கப்படும்.

TW POS බිල්පත් මෘදුකාංගය මිලදීගෙන භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, ඔබ පහත සඳහන් නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසිවලට එකඟ වන
බව සැලකේ. මිලදී ගැනීමට පෙර කරුණාකර ඒවා හොඳින් කියවන්න.

මාසික සබ්ස්ක්රිප්ෂන් පැකේජ් (Monthly Packages)
- මාසික සබ්ස්ක්රිප්ෂන් පැකේජ් මිලදීගත් පරිශීලකයින්ට ඕනෑම වේලාවක සේවාව නවතා ගත හැක.
- කෙසේ වෙතත්, කිසිදු අවස්ථාවක මුදල් ආපසු ලබා
නොදේ (Refund නොමැත), ඔබ දින කිහිපයක් (උදාහරණයක් ලෙස දින 5ක්) පමණක් භාවිතා
කළත්.
- ඔබට සේවාව ඉදිරියට භාවිතා කිරීමට අවශ්ය නොවේ නම්, ඊළඟ මාසයට සබ්ස්ක්රිප්ෂන් නවීකරණය නොකර
සිටිය හැක.
- ඔබට ලබාදෙන Username සහ Password දින 30කට
පසුව ස්වයංක්රීයව අක්රීය වේ.

ජීවිත කාලීන පැකේජ් (Updates නොමැතිව)
- Updates නොමැති Lifetime Package එක එකවර
මිලදී ගැනීමක් වන ඩිජිටල් නිෂ්පාදනයක් වේ.
- මෙය Username සහ Password ලෙස ලබාදේ.
- එකවර මිලදීගත් පසු:
- මුදල් ආපසු ලබා නොදේ
(Refund නොමැත).
- මෘදුකාංගය භාවිතා කිරීම හෝ භාවිතා නොකිරීම ඔබගේ කැමැත්ත මත පවතී.

ජීවිත කාලීන පැකේජ් (Updates සමඟ)
- Updates සමඟ ඇති Lifetime Package එකට අඛණ්ඩ updates සහ maintenance සේවා ඇතුළත් වේ.
- ඔබ මෙම පැකේජ් එක මැදින් නවත්වන්නේ නම්:
- මුදල් ආපසු ලබා නොදේ.
- ඔබගේ පැකේජ් එක ස්වයංක්රීයව Updates
නොමැති Lifetime Package එකක් බවට පරිවර්තනය වේ.
- එයට හේතුව වන්නේ ඔබ වාර්ෂික Rs. 2,000
update සහ maintenance ගාස්තුව ගෙවීම නවතා දැමීමයි.

මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදීමේ ප්රතිපත්තිය (Refund Policy)
- TW POS බිල්පත් මෘදුකාංගය සඳහා සිදුකරන සියලුම මිලදී ගැනීම් Refund නොවන (Non-Refundable) වේ.
- මෙය පහත සියල්ලටම අදාළ වේ:
- මාසික සබ්ස්ක්රිප්ෂන්
- Lifetime Packages (Updates සමඟ / නොමැතිව)

Updates සහ නඩත්තු සේවා
- Updates සහ maintenance සේවා ලබාදෙන්නේ, අදාළ ගාස්තු ගෙවන පරිශීලකයින්ට පමණි.

අපගෙන් මෙම සේවාව මිලදී ගැනීමෙන්, ඔබ මෙම
නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි වලට එකඟ වන අතර ඒවා පිළිගනී.
